Щековая дробилка PE Принцип работы:
Подвижная щека подвешена на эксцентрике вала. Вал вращается в подшипниках, укрепленных на станине дробилке. В нижней части подвижная щека шарнирно поддерживается распорной плитой, опирающейся через тягу на заднюю стенку станины. При вращении вала подвижная щека с дробящей плитой совершает сложное движение, при котором каждая ее точка имеет эллипсообразное движение, способствующее вовлечению при ходе сжатия кусков руды в зону дробления и разгрузке из нее уже подвергнутого дробления материала.Дробилки имеют свою классификацию. Один из параметров - крупность материала, с которим дробилка может работать. Но самым главним параметром, безусловно, является высокая степень дробления, проста в эксплуатации и обслуживании. Зернистость входных кусков регулируется при помощи пружинно-регулировочного устройства отражательных плит. Vibration greatly increase

1. Cause

While changing or assembling the board hammer,the board hammer,the rotor has not been well balanced.

1. Trouble shooting

Fix the mounting plate hammer again,the rotor carries on the balance to make a correction.

Overflow superfluous materials

1. Cause

Because of scaleboard or the blow bar is too much,it is too big to cause the interspace.

1. Trouble shooting

Adjust interspace of force-and after inpact rack or change liner plate and blow bar.

Produce beating sound within the machine

1. Cause
   Material that cannot be broken are entered into the machine;
   Liner plate reinforce become flexible;
   Hammer or other parts become flexible.


2. Trouble shooting

Clear up broken after turn off machine;
Make sure the liner plate is tight and the interspace between blow bar and liner plate;

Change a new axletree.

Exorbitant temperature for axletree

Cause

The lubrivant is too munch or too less;
The lubrivant is not clean; The axletree is mangled.

Trouble shooting

Check there is enough lubricant;
After cleaning axletree then change new lubricant; Change a new axletree.
